My ipad (10 gen) not registering 4/5 finger dragging on the screen. This has to be an IOS problem, as it's never had a problem with four or more fingers pressing/dragging simultaneously. Apparently this was already an issue from a reddit thread.. When with this be patched???

Have you enabled this feature within iPad settings?
Settings > Multitasking & Gestures > Four & Five Finger App Switching - set to ON
Turning-off this setting disables recognition of the four/five finger swipe gesture used by iPadOS to swipe between open Apps - or open the App Switcher (Exposé) view.
Swipe gestures used by individual third-party Apps, should they conflict with iPadOS system-level gestures, can only be addressed by the respective App Developer. If there are no controls within the App to adapt or control gestures, the App may require update by its Developer.

No, I turned it off for the purpose of games that require more that 2 fingers. It looks more to be an issue in the IOS update, since it hasn't done that before.
