Remove Fitness+ subscription prompts from Apple Fitness app

I installed the Apple Fitness app on my iPhone 16e. I'd like to get rid of all of the Fitness+ landmines in the app, where it's trying to get me to subscribe, even the 'free' trial. It's annoying, and because I can't back out of the subscription process once I accidentally hit it, I have to Force Quit the fitness app and restart it.

I'm not using this with an Apple Watch, but rather an ancient Fitbit.
