Did you already try to force restart your Apple Watch after the latest update?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

If this does not help, unpairing and pairing the Apple Watch again has helped other users.

You indicated you have a Series 11 watch, so do I. I am pleased with the battery on mine, Apple advertises "up to 24 hours in normal use." I can have one or two workouts in a day, plus nighttime sleep tracking, and scores of notifications for emails, texts, news headlines and the like ... and mine seems to last in normal use 24-30 hours. Overnight sleep tracking uses up about 20% (+/- 10% not sure why it varies sometimes).

By what measure do you believe yours is draining too fast? Some older watches might have lasted longer (with fewer features).

Hi. Thanks. Yes I have done all of what you suggested and still draining way too fast. I had searched earlier and read about this exact issue some folks are experiencing since 26.2 update. Interestingly, I just received this device today, upgraded from older device. Also, I have always turned off features that are known to affect battery life. So, at this point I feel it is a bug. It would be great if Apple issued a fix real soon with 26.3. Otherwise, I plan on returning, if battery doesn’t improve, within return window.
