How to uninstall iMovie preventing photo access in Files on iPhone 13?

iMovie preventing photos in Files from opening on iPhone 13. If the photo does open I’m being prompted to make a movie or add music etc.

I’ve tried all sorts of actions to remedy but nothing works.

How can I uninstall iMovie? It isn’t an app on my Home Screen.
