Apple Watch Ultra keyboard not inputting text

Anyone else when texting using the keyboard on Apple Watch Ultra whether using swipe or normal texting having an issue actually inputting the words in the text box? It is intermittent but frequent. It shows I am touching the keyboard letters but not putting the text into the field. After typing or swiping the same word multiple times it finally works. It’s been this way for multiple months.
