How to fix vO2 tracking after iOS 26 updates

vO2 max not tracking and active calorie burned is significantly lower after the iOS 26, 26.1, and 26.2 updates. I’ve tried every suggestion on this and other forums with no success. The vO2 max is the issue that I am most upset about. Any other suggestions to resolve? It’s also very disappointing that Apple has joined the many other companies in mediocrity regarding excellence and customer communications.

lD150. Not spreading blame around just stating facts as many others have done. I’ve been on at least 10 outdoor walks of 4 to 6 miles at a good pace of 15 to 16 min mile. The update has flaws or it has made it very hard to determine how to fix the settings to get the tracking back. The other issue or at least change without notification is the substantial change in active calories burned for same exercise and heart rates.

It works fine for me, ignore these Others who may have different problem.
