Remove selected workout activity on Apple Watch
How do I remove a previously selected workout activity from my selected choices on my Apple watch?
Apple Watch Ultra 3, watchOS 26
You can do that in the Fitness App/Workout section on your iPhone.
Swipe the workout left ant tap on the Delete icon.
