Submit resume button grayed out

i've "favorited" several jobs listed on the Apple job site. sometimes when i reenter, a job on my favorites list is grayed out and labeled "No Longer Available" - to me this means it's been filled or removed. but there is one that is grayed out without saying "No Longer Available" - the grayed button still says "Submit Resume" - What can I assume is the status of this opening? is it temporarily being reworked? please advise - thanks!
