Logic 11 copies bar 1 CCs when cutting MIDI regions

Cutting a midi region with cc's at the beginning of bar 1 - still (!!) copies those cc's to the start of the newly cut region in Logic 11 and furthermore copies can be found at the very end of bar 1 as well. We had that issue couple of year ago and found a fix using terminal. That fix is not working anymore.
