How to save multiple photos from emails on iPad after a hard reset?

Apple did a Hard reset to my ipad because when I went to save photos in my emails it gave the option to save all 28 photos but it would only save the photo that was on the screed…once they did the hard reset it worked on my ipad and on my iphone…this was on Saturday 1/17…now 3 days later it only saves 1 photo
