Citizens iPhone loan program payment dispute

I am currently enrolled in the Citizens iPhone loan program. My account indicates that there are no upcoming payments and my outstanding balance is zero, yet the monthly installment continues to be deducted. Why is this happening? How can I stop these payments and reclaim the amounts already deducted after the loan was settled?
