Alchemy only playing 3 notes at a time.

Good Day,

I have Logic Pro version 11.0.1 and Alchemy is only playing 3 notes at a time. It does note stealing. Other VST’s work perfectly fine. I was on with support this morning and the rep clearly didn’t want to work and didn’t even know Alchemy was an Apple product.

I appreciate any help. Thank you
