Apple Mail not consistently sending BCC copies

I'm still having this issue and you closed the thread! Apple Mail not sending bcc copies

For some reason. many of the outgoing emails sent via Apple Mail are not sending copies to myself as bcc. The error seems to be arbitrary - sometimes it does; sometimes it doesn't. In all cases the sender and bcc addresses are the same and correct. Very frustrating

The emails do show up in the "Sent" folder, but not in any inbox.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.5
