Same id on iPhone 8 and iPhone 14. Process to safely delete content from iPhone without disturbing content on iPhone 14?

I'm not sure what you did, but if you moved your data from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 14 and you are now ready to clear the iPhone 8, you can erase the iPhone 8 and it won't do anything to the data on the iPhone 14.
