VO2 Max ranges in iOS
What are V02 Max ranges used in iOS? Are they age related? They seem set higher than I would expect.
Thanks very much.

“Apple Watch Series 3 or later can record an estimate of your VO2 max using the heart and motion sensors during an Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Run, or Hiking workout in the Workout app. Apple Watch supports a VO2 max range of 14-65 mL/kg/min.

Age range is 20 to 65+. Im not so sure how granular it is over 65. I’m now 69. My cardiologist gives me a stress test annually and that’s a much more accurate gauge of what you’re doing.

Thank you for that. Hopefully the age range they're using for me is not 20.
What I'm trying to find out is what values it's using for Low, Below Average, Above Average, and High. Is this information available anywhere? The phone only says Below Average, Above Average, High, but doesn't indicate in any way what the actually ranges are.
Just my personal experience. I reviewed the information and it saved me a great deal of time posting essentially the same information.
