Mini M4 Pro spacebar failure on wired/wireless keyboards

spacebar failure in wired and wireless keyboards on a Mini M4 Pro leading to run-on "sentences"... What could be causing this, although not evident in this request for help.

Make sure Full Keyboard Access is OFF. In accessibility settings

Thank you very much, Tom! Very much appreciated, as it seems to have solved my "on/off" issues that would appear & disappear without any apparent reason. I haven't had a reoccurrence since I made that change!
