Left AirPod not working and not detected in the case

Left AirPod stopped working out of nowhere, and isn't detected in the case? I have the Airpods 4 ANC by the way. Both airpods are in, i take the left one out of the case and the light is green, take the right one out and its flashing amber. Ive tried resetting it multiple times, nothing. My devices are updated too, and when i remove the AirPods they only pop up to connect when the working right AirPod is in the case. My right AirPod when put in my ear is detected and plays, as opposed to the left; nothing.
