How to transfer HomeKit Owner rights to another user

In my HomeKit Home, my account is currently shown as Resident (Owner) and another account is Resident (Admin). Is there any supported way to transfer Owner status to the Admin without deleting the Home and re-pairing all devices? Also, would this affect Matter/Thread devices or the Home Hub setup? Thanks!
