CarPlay playlists greyed out on iPhone after iOS update

I ran the latest iOS update on my iPhone this week, now when I plug into (wired) my vehicle via CarPlay, all the playlists are greyed out and inaccessible except the default Apple playlists. None of the playlists I've created will play now, and they played fine before the iOS update. So tired of this...
