esim not working on Apple Watch Ultra2 - MTN my service provider says its Apples fault - please explain

This is a user to user tech support forum. No one here works for Apple. No one here is a mind reader.


Blaming Apple for a service provider issue is a common foil of telecoms.


Did your provider give you any indication as to why the esim issue is "Apple's fault"?


Without actual information, no one here has any idea why your watch isn't working.


Is this a new watch? Where did you buy it? Is this a 2nd hand watch?


Have you properly followed Apple's instructions for setting up an Watch?
