I was trying to set up my new-ish iPad last night, and it is stuck on uploading an iCloud backup from my old computer. It has been stuck since last night (12:30 am). It looks like it logged me out during the night as well, so I am stuck in the login screen with no way to log in.
I don't see a home button like what I had on my old iPad from 2017.
So now I've gone back to using my old iPad again. What can I do?!

I tried that. Even though I held down the button for a minute, the Apple logo did not come on. How long should I wait?
