Apple has no idea where your phone is because they are not tracking their users. Marking a phone as lost gives you the opportunity to add a message that will appear on the phone when found, suspends all payment methods, and blocks any notifications that appear on the phone. The location of the phone is only accessible using Find My with the credentials to your account.

Use the information provided by SravanKrA to help get access to your account and if you still have trouble, you may need to use Account Recovery, which will require a delay.

Contacting Apple directly is usually done by Phone or Chat, without an email option. You can check here what type of support is available in your region.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
