It costs a bit more, but you could subscribe to an Apple Music Family Plan instead of an Apple Music Individual one.
This lets you "share with up to five people via Family Sharing". From the FAQ:
"With an Apple Music Family Plan, up to six people in the family can enjoy all the features and the full catalog of Apple Music. To get started, just set up Family Sharing on your iOS or iPadOS device, Android phone, or Mac and invite family members to join."

The higher price for the Apple Music Family Plan is a bit inconsistent with the statement in the first Family Sharing article that "With Family Sharing, your Apple subscriptions are shared with your family members at no extra cost."
