iPadOS 18.6.2 window manipulation issues and reverting

The latest iPad OS 18.6.2 window manipulation is vexing me. On the old one I could just grab a window and drag it where I wanted it. On the latest version it’s pushing some important information in the second window off the screen, and it won’t let me re-center it. Can I revert to the previous version for this function?
