Edit the look of Tahoe Contacts app?

Edit the look of Tahoe Contacts app?

I've updated to Tahoe. The Contacts app looks terrible. I have around 1,000 contacts, I don't think any of them have a photo.

  • Instead of a clean white background, the background is a weird purple gradient.
  • The place where a photo should go is massive, taking up nearly half the height, so I have to scroll down to see contact information.
  • The place holder where a photo would go is hideous. Surely if there isn't a photo this blob shouldn't be shown? It look like it has been designed by someone who assumes that contacts will have a photo.
  • The fields and text are mega small.
  • The background flickers.

Is it possible somewhere in settings to get it to look more like the old Contacts app?

There are many short comings with this new Contacts.app interface, so don't feel alone...

the complaints are numerous.
