Forgotten iCloud password; no longer have associated phone

hi All, I forgotten my password for an old icloud account, and I dont have the phone associated with the account any more. any advise please?

Hi Muguy, thank you for replying, I dont have the device any more (iPhone 6) I know my account name, I got an iMac and iPad, I got another icloud account. what do i do now?
