Apple Watch Ultra 3 won't turn on after getting wet

I was washing my hands and my fairly new Apple Watch Ultra 3 got wet for a couple seconds. It shut off and now won’t turn on. It shows only the time and a red charger icon in the upper portion of the screen. I have tried everything and even looked at some YouTube videos but still nothing. This has happened before when it I was just wearing it. This was the first time this watch has ever gotten wet and I am puzzled.
