After upgrading to macOS Tahoe I cannot see my application organized by groups like it was in LaunchPad. How to create a groups that fit my purpose? Thank you!

LaunchPad ― has been replaced by the new Apps.app going forward. There are some known issues here yes.

there are several alternative replacements for the old LaunchPad:

• Launchie.app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/launchie/id6752657468?mt=12

• AppHub https://bringbacklaunchpad.com/apphub.html

• AppGrid Launcher https://apps.apple.com/us/app/appgrid-launcher/id6748853585?mt=12 ( Terminal command to bring back your exact LaunchPad configuration)

• LaunchPad on GitHub https://kristof12345.github.io/Launchpad/

As far as I know, launch pad is gone.

While you are able to install third party substitutes on your device (as mentioned by leroydouglas), which are supposed to bring back launchpad, Apple now expects users to launch applications from the app overview and accompanying search field.

Launchpad and its organizing functionalities yet have unfortunately not been replaced by any other concept in macOS Tahoe.

I personally can only recommend opening your applications through spotlight search, as for me it's just the quickest system.

Have a good day, still.
