[bug] System Preferences window resizes when choosing certain desktop pictures?

Having a weird bug. Sometimes when I choose a new desktop picture, the System Preferences window will resize and bug out (see video below).

It only happens when choosing certain images.

I don't know what it is about these images that causes the issue. Is there something in the pictures metadata? What else could be causing this?
