All of a sudden I’m unable to logon to apple account (an unknown error occurred) on my old MacBook Pro using Catalina 10.15.7. Has never been a problem before.
tried changing my password on my Apple account and then try the new password and still the same issue. Any ideas?
For a generic, numeric, unknown "error”, or simply unhelpful messages, I suggest you contact Apple. We have no more idea what the unknown thing means than you do.
