I recently bought a new magic keyboard to my Imac (running on OS 12 Monterey). None of my functional keys (F1-F12 controlling sound, light etc.) are working. I have re-installed, connected with usb-c, but nothing works. Checking settings does not even include options to enable/disable. The keyboard has no "fn" key. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately the product page for the newer Magic Keyboards state that they are only compatible with "Mac with macOS 15.1 or later" (Magic Keyboard (USB-C) - US English - Apple).

Apple support does not solve the problem. There are no settings to make for the keyboard that activate F1-F12 with the standard functions (increase, decrease volume, increase, decrease brightness, etc.). The keys do not work at all. It seems that OS 12 Monterey is not compatible with a new Magic Keyboard.
