Feature request: Auto-cut long videos for text

Does Apple see these? I want a feature that will automatically cut long videos into the appropriate sizes so I can send a long video by text. Perhaps this feature cuts a 3 or 4 minute video into 3 or 4 one minute videos and then rapid fire sends them. Even if the recipient has to open several videos to see the whole thing. Currently the option seems to be that you can manually cut videos into shorter segments, however, this is very clunky and takes a long time. I just want to send a 10 minute video through text.
