AirPods Pro 3 connectivity during phone calls.

My air pods pro 3 is having unstable connection over phone calls, WhatsApp calls, FaceTime . It disconnects and reconnects automatically. This happens multiple times, so I have to disconnect it while I’m talking to someone over the phone. How do I solve this ?
