My wife's iphone 14 has downloaded the update to 26.2 but will not install it automatically at night and I don't see a manual option to force it immediately. She said this notice has been going on for several days. I have gone into general settings and see the update notification, but when I go in to the settings it doesn't show an option to "update now" only the option to turn auto update off or on.
If it is already downloaded there should be an Install Now link at Settings/General/Software Update. To install overnight automatically requires that the iPhone be plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi.
If you have VPN installed (even if it is turned off) that can prevent an update from completing.

Thanks. I think because my wife had her magnification so high, the link was not appearing. I finally found it by a long scroll.
Auto install to 26.2 will not complete....?
