Messsage not delivered or i cannot send message.

Messages not delivered is shown when i sent messages from messages to android user or ios user in both my iphone 11 pro max and 17 how can I fix this as soon as possible. I am from Nepal . Please fix this.

Messages are a carrier provided service. Open Settings > Apps > Messages - scan down to RCS and make sure RCS Messaging is on and then make sure MMS Messaging is on. If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact your carrier for help.
