Family Sharing not available in iOS 26.2

Family sharing does not show up on iOS 26.2

Recently upgraded both my iPhone and my wife's iPhone to iOS 26.2. We are having a lot of problems with our iCloud account(s). When I try to set up Family Sharing so we can share our calendars, photos and contacts, there is not even an options displayed for "Family".

I did a search for "Family" and it displays three choices, but you can't select any of them.

All the "hints" say to select your name under settings then select Family. But, Family is not displayed.

Any ideas?

Right now we have lost a lot of functionality we previously had. My wife is not happy.
