I have an iPhone Pro Max 17 when I try to take a picture it goes blurry or black. I tried resetting and other suggestions. Is Apple gonna fix this issue or what?

Your iPhone 17 Pro Max is covered under the 1 year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Some countries or regions may offer a longer time for warranty protection. If you purchased Apple Care you also have additional protection.

It’s possible it’s a software issue, yet it could be hardware as well. A simple diagnostic test by Apple Support will help with getting the issue resolved.

Diagnostics can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

To the OP And ALL:

This seems to be catch on. So, report this as a bug to Apple.

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed. These are just user-to-user forums. Apple will know nothing of your findings, if you don't report it to them.

To Provide Feedback:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone- Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when this all began, and how you've troubleshot this, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (IN)

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
