Teams meetings heat up Macbook

Hello there,

I’ve been experiencing something concerning. Teams meetings heat up the bottom of my MacBook (specifications below) when meetings lasting over 15 minutes. It’s only been in my hand since day one and I’ve never seen it reach this temperature in any other situation.

Since my warranty has expired I can’t ask Apple for support but I thought I’d check with you first to see what you think might be the issue.
