Safari shows 'Access Denied' on some websites

Hi I am getting Access Denied on some websites with Tahoe OS 26.2 using Safari. I have ensured that content blockers are not enabled and popups are allowed. Any extensions have been disabled. It is not the website that I am going to as I can access the website with Firefox. Additionally this problem occurred with the previous MacOS. I even tried disabling IP tracking, website cross tracking. What am I missing? Thanks

Suggestions, in no particular order (some of it may be redundant):

Clear cookies in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

If a webpage or link won't open on Mac - Apple Support

If Safari doesn't work as expected on Mac - Apple Support

Don't use VPN services. "No, seriously, don't."

The problems you describe are always attributed to one or more of the causes described in the links above.
