iPad Mini 5 stuck on 'allow alarms' screen after update

iPad Mini 5

Recently updated to latest iOS and now when I open when get this screen telling me to go to iPhone to allow alarms and I cannot get rid of it. I tried scrolling (won't) because I figured there would be a button to click, I tried clicking all over (in desperation) I even force quite the app but when I open it, it's still there. Don't have my iPhone right now and I need to use reminders.

Seems like bug to not allow me to move on into reminders because it wants me to do something new with alarms?!?

I forgot the image. It's solved now, kept searching and found out that it's because I use large font size (old eyes) and the button to close this was down below but for some reason it did not allow scrolling. Once I made the fint really small then the whole thing was on screen with a continue or close or something like that (already forgot).
