Apple Watch Ultra 2 severe battery drain.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 power draining since iOS 26 was introduced. Using iPhone 17 pro max now on latest os 26.2.1 with same on watch.

Watch has worked perfectly for a year. Verified by Genius Bar working normally. One charge would last 2-3 days now it’s more like 2-4 hours. Also now very slow to charge taking hours vs one hour like before ios26.

This is ridiculous. I spend thousands of dollars on apple products and rely on my watch for medical devices. They need to take this a LOT more seriously and come up with a solution fast!

The only thing that fixed this before was to completely uninstall the watch and reinstall as new. Unfortunately now even that time consuming painful process is not working anymore.

Please Help!!

Can you try to pair the watch to your old iPhone, to rule out an issue with the iPhone 17 Pro Max?

My Ultra 2 continued to charge fast again after a force restart, and it is not paired to an iPhone 17 series.

Are you syncing data between the watch and the iPhone, like photos, podcasts, music, for example?

Any push services enabled for Mail?

Are you using Outlook apps?

Don’t have old iPhone on Apple upgrade program and trade in every year. Besides ultra worked flawlessly for weeks and months after re pairing. Thanks anyway.
