Using apple intelligence -- everything in my note has completely lost

I clicked apple intelligence to ask improve my Swedish learning note, unfortunately it deleted all my original contents and lots of handwritings and picture.

There is no way to recover them back. No "undo" available on context editing, no "deleted file" available from trash.

Everything has completely gone! Everything of my 1week notes disappeared !

What left to me was some generated unrelated context like:

"Since I dont have your existing Swedish learning notes, I'll create an enhanced framework to improve your studies. This will include vocabulary, examples, and summaries."
