Returning faulty earbuds by post

New noise excluding earbuds bought on Amazon - the right earbud is not charging. who do I return them for a swap out?

The precise coverage options may depend upon if this was actually purchased from Amazon of if it was a third party seller going through Amazon. You may wish to check the coverage at View Coverage - AppleCare & Warranty


If a third party, see if they offer their own warranty. A device within a one year period should be covered by Apple too, but if it is outside the one year coverage period you may find that only the retailer coverage applies.
