Prullenbak-symbool op achterkant AirTag 2, niet op AirTag 1

That's the European Marking for compliance with CE and the Do not trash icon so you recycle it properly instead of throwing the AirTag away in the bin since it contains hazardous materials.
That marking is not on other versions I don't think since it's not required. It's a European Union requirement only.
Similarly the trash icon is likely required by the European Union only too.

Sorry, your question is not very clear. The back of the AirTag has the Apple Logo. It was the same with the original Air Tag.
You can add an engraved emoji or 2 to the front of the AirTag, but the trashcan is not one of the options.
Can you show us where you are seeing this trashcan?

Again, no, the AirTag 2 like the AirTag 1 has an Apple Logo on the back.
Where are you seeing this bin or trashcan exactly?
Here's the Apple page for the AirTag 2 and nowhere does it show a bin or trashcan on the back.

This is the back of the AirTag 2:
If you can provide a link to where you are seeing this or a phot if you have an AirTag 2 in your hand and can take a photo of it it would be very helpful.
You asked for a photo of second generation Airtag - supporting the OPs observations - here provided for the benefit of all.
No dispute from me as to your "assumed" reasoning. However, these additional engravings were not present on first generation Airtags within the EU.
I did, and I appreciate the photo. Thanks. I was not ware of the difference between the first gen and second gen airTags in that respect, so that clarifies it.
Since OP did not explain what they were seeing it has hard to guess not being in Europe and not having a European second gen AirTag in hand.
The requirement is probably a recent addition which first gen AirTags were not beholden to.
airtag 2 has a front and a back. The front looks the same as the airtag1. When you turn the AirTag 2 over to the back, you will see a picture of a bin.
A pretty useless, not to say counterproductive addition, if you ask me. I mean, just look at it. Saying this as an EU resident.
