Accessibility font size of Accessibility instructions are too small

Here's a real logical feature: NOT!!!!!!! You can't change the font size in the system settings Accessibility instructions! So in other words; you can't see the instructions to make the appropriate changes in Accessibility because the font is too small and can't be changed!!! Nice going Apple!!!

If you can't find a way to change the font size then I find that screen zoom helps in situations like this. Hold the control key and swipe up with 2 fingers on the trackpad. Move mouse pointer to edges of screen to scroll. If it doesn't work then you need to set it up in Accessibility/zoom settings* - I've been using it for so long that I can't remember if it's set up by default or not.
