iPhone 16 Pro Safari: Persistent white footer covers content

When you scroll through a website on safari on iPhone 16 Pro, there is a white footer that persists. This isn't the case on Chrome and it isn't the case on older phones.

It covers any information that might be displayed there. The real problem is when a popup or modal displays with a button at the bottom of the modal that is covered by this white footer.

If you toggle off "Reduce Transparency" in the phone settings, it removes that white footer. Again, older phones can keep this setting on without any white footer at the bottom.

This is Chrome: notice the "flight" and "parking" icons at the bottom

This is Safari: Notice that the white bar covers up those "flight" and "parking" icons. I have to scroll back up before that white bar goes away and I can see those icons.

This doesn't feel like an enhancement, obviously. I am going to report this as a bug too.
