Go to the Apple logo at the top left. Choose About This Mac. The CPU type is the first thing listed.

That Mac has an Intel Xeon workstation chip, not a M1 chip or any other flavor of Apple Silicon chip.

CPU benchmark scores: 743 and 2596. A plain M1 Mac mini has scores of 2348 and 8382. A plain M4 Mac mini has scores of 3747 and 14467.

The Mac Pro is a high-end desktop minitower or rack-mount computer. All of the Apple-Silicon-based Mac Pros released to date have M2 Ultra chips.
That unit uses an Intel processor, not the M series. The first Mac to use the M series processor was introduced in 2020.
