If you mean network "grid", then contact your Carrier.
Troubleshooting Cellular Data:
A. "No Service":
Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
B. "No SIM": If "No SIM" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen, go here to fix that: If you See 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
C. Install a Cellular Update:
You might need to install a cellular update. So, learn more on that here: Update your Carrier Settings Manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
D. Report this to Apple...
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.

Discovered this very inconvenient problem 45 minutes before leaving home to teach Spinning with Apple Music, playlist would not load. The fix, though I didn't have time to discover it until later in AM, was to turn phone completely off. Wait a beat. Reset worked. (BTW iPadOS 26.2 bricked one iPad, put a second in a huge loop I was able to get out of.)
I finally got it to work after deleting my VPN. Not just turning it off but deleting it completely.
I’m experiencing the same on iOS 26.2.1 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Full power down and power up resolves but it’s happened so far 3 times in 7-8 hours…

Can try restarting your phone or doing a force restart.
Contact your cellular data provider or look at their help site.
For anyone searching here’s a solution: from the privacy sittings turn on the lockdown mode
restart
turn off the lockdown mode
the phone network will work normally
With a MFYE4VC/A (CA 17pm) in France with eSIM with Orange network I keep loosing cell connectivity since I upgraded to 26.2.1 this morning. Even after reboot cell connectivity is down.
This seems to be related to 26.2.1 I never ever experienced that before.
Very interesting ... thanks for one more insight
Also an interesting piece of puzzle thanks!
