How do I recover deleted apps after iOS 26.2.1 update on Apple Watch SE 3?

I downloaded the Update iOS 26.2.1 I need to know what new apps were added on the Apple Watch SE 3 because I think I might’ve deleted them while they were downloading. Can someone please help me out and tell me what they were

You can check all installed and available apps for your watch in the Watch app on your iPhone.

You can not delete apps while watchOS is being installed.
