No Import Selection in Apple Music on Windows 11
I want to import music from a cd in windows 11 but there is no 'import' selection in the apple music app

You can't unfortunately. They haven't added the feature to Apple Music in the two years its been out. I was told two years ago that it was "coming soon" by Apple in a chat.
You could revert to iTunes by uninstalling Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices if you have any or all of those three installed.
